Having all of the information up-front when quoting on the items you require helps massively in being able to efficiently reply with the best prices.

Please see the checklist below to help find what we need to know when you send us an RFQ:

Drawing/CAD Files
Do you have a drawing, with correct dimensions, tolerances, and material/finishes required listed?
Quantity
Is this a one-off requirement for a specific quantity?
Would this be a repeat order? If so, is there an annual usage so we can quote on a stock holding solution?
Sample Approval
If a new part we haven’t supplied before; do you require samples to sign off in advance of the bulk production?
Lead Time
When would you need the parts manufactured by?
If on call-off or forecast, do you have a schedule of how many are required each week/month?
Quality Control
Do you need ISIR documentation to be completed?
Do you require any extra quality control documents, such as PPAP or FAIR?
Delivery
Do you have any special packing requirements?
Will the items need to be delivered to a different address (so we can quote the correct carriage costs)?
