We have a team with over 100 years combined service with Chartway, ranging from those who were here when the company started over 30 years ago to relative newcomers just learning the business.

Managing Director

Chris joined the business in 2019 as Operations Manager, and has since progressed to Managing Director of the company in 2021.

With a background in toolmaking and HVAC sales, Chris has a wealth of industry knowledge to assist and manage the Chartway team.

Emma has been in the business since 2016 and has progressed from Office Manager, to Business Development Manager, and to her current role as Sales Director in 2021.

She has a background in sales from previous roles so has vast experience in developing customer relations and handling new sales requests for the business.

Adam Southall

Sales & Marketing

Adam joined the company in 2021, initially in a sales support role to assist the sales team with raising quotes and purchase orders.

Over time, and from his background in Graphic Design and IT, he has developed into a new role to support with margin analysis, profitability reports, and managing the marketing for the business.

He is also a trained first aider and is the company’s Data Protection Officer.

Jack joined the team in 2024 and is already assisting with the valuable skills inherited from his telesales background.

He is responsible for supporting the sales team, with quote follow-up, business development and prospect generation.

Purchasing Contract Scheduler

Alishia joined us as an apprentice in 2022 and has already proven to be an asset to the Chartway team.

She is responsible for managing the stock fulfilment levels for the accounts she looks after, and assists Karen with accounts functions for the business when required.

Megan joined us as in 2023 and has already become a valuable member of the team.

She is responsible for managing stock and fulfilment levels for her customer accounts, and also supports the works with logistics and warehousing administration.

Lead Quality Engineer

Steve has been with the company over 10 years and has a wealth of knowledge. He is a safe pair of hands when it comes to Chartway’s reputation for quality.

Often involved in customer visits and problem solving challenges Steve is a Key member of the Chartway team.

He is also the longest serving, trained first aider for the business.

Dave joined the company in 2016 as the works assistant team leader; and in 2023 moved roles to join the quality control department.

He is a key member of the Chartway team and often goes above and beyond to support the business.

Works Team Leader

Rash joined the company in 2011 and his responsibilities cover all aspects of the works team including personnel.

A key responsibility is that of monthly component and material stock accuracy, a factor which is vital to the businesses success and profitability.
